CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION

i get to the start up page and i write my name and it tells me to check internet connection… im on my MAC… internet is fine… ben looking at alot of a reviews and im not the only person who has this problem some dating back too 2013!!! HELLO are you not going to address the issue!!! its 2015 and its still a problem..
